Biography
Priya leads Finance for TSG Vantage, the Firm’s portfolio operations and value creation group, where she works with TSG’s partner companies to enable financial rigor, infrastructure, and working capital optimization. She has more than 25 years of finance and operating experience across both private and public companies.
Prior to joining TSG Consumer, Priya was a Finance Operating Partner at Platinum Equity, where she led the Finance Center of Excellence. Prior to that, she served as CFO of several PE- and VC-backed companies.
Education
Priya holds a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
