Biography
Nicole leads TSG’s human capital strategy, including recruiting, training, performance, and talent development.
Prior to joining TSG Consumer, Nicole served as Head of Human Capital at Sycamore Partners, where she oversaw recruiting, performance management, and training.
Before that, she was Chief People Officer at Marquee Brands, leading the firm’s HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Earlier in her career, she held senior HR and talent roles at Carlson Capital, Morgan Stanley, and SAC Capital, focusing on talent acquisition, compensation, and leadership development.
Education
Nicole holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
