Biography
Homd works with TSG’s partner companies and is involved in the due diligence of our investments.
Prior to joining TSG Consumer, Homd was an investment banker at Piper Sandler, where he advised Consumer & Retail clients across a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and restructurings.
Education
Homd holds a degree in Finance and Economics from the University at Buffalo.
