David Ligon
Managing Director, Capital Markets
Biography
David oversees capital markets, partnering with TSG’s partner companies and investment teams on debt financing and capital structure.
David has over 40 years of lending, capital markets, and advisory experience. Prior to joining TSG Consumer, he led an independent consulting and advisory practice. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at East West Bank and held senior leadership roles at OneWest Bank, U.S. Bank, Emporia Capital, Union Bank, and Wells Fargo. He began his banking career at Bank of America.
David is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and serves on the Pilot Chemical Company Board and several nonprofit organizations.
Education
David holds a degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with high honors.
