Shannon works with TSG's Vantage team and partner companies to design and deliver talent strategies that drive value creation. Shannon brings over 20 years of diverse experience. Prior to joining TSG, Shannon built and led the private equity practice of an executive search and leadership advisory firm. Previously, she launched and scaled the Talent Center of Excellence of Platinum Equity's Portfolio Operations group. Earlier in her career, she was Head of Talent at a growth-stage firm and held various finance roles at firms including Barclays and UBS Investment Bank. Shannon holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Harvard University.
The Operating Partners, including the members of the TSG Vantage Leadership Team, listed herein are either independent contractors or employees of TSG or one or more of its affiliates. Operating Partners provide valuable advice, services and insights to TSG and its portfolio companies for the benefit of TSG’s limited partners. Operating Partners are compensated directly or indirectly by TSG portfolio companies, TSG funds or TSG, and in the latter case, TSG is entitled to reimbursement from TSG portfolio companies and/or TSG funds for such compensation.
