TSG Consumer Partners Announces Promotions
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – January 11, 2024 – TSG Consumer Partners (“TSG”), a leading private equity firm, today announced nine promotions across the firm, including Alec Fogarty to Principal (San Francisco), Alex Gilmore to Senior Vice President (London), Kelly Pease to Senior Vice President (New York), Alex DiFelice to Vice President (New York), Josh Ronson to Vice President (London), Gaurish Gwalani to Senior Associate (San Francisco), Christian Pavlakos to Senior Associate (New York), Jordan Phelan to Senior Associate (San Francisco) and Phoebe Wallwork to Senior Associate (London).

Alec Fogarty has been with TSG since 2017. He supports the growth of TSG’s partner companies, including Radiance Holdings, CorePower Yoga, Sunshine Fitness, Nuun and Scopely, in addition to performing due diligence for TSG investments. Before joining TSG, Mr. Fogarty worked for Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, working with consumer and retail clients across a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity financings. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Finance, Economics and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame.
Alex Gilmore joined TSG in 2020 and has worked with partner companies including Cadogan Tate, Revolut, BrewDog and Canyon Bicycles, in addition to performing due diligence of new investment opportunities. Before joining TSG, Mr. Gilmore worked at Active Partners, where he invested in early stage growth companies across the consumer sector. Prior to Active Partners, he worked at Boston Consulting Group advising clients in the airline, hotel and insurance industries. Mr. Gilmore received a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the University of Oxford.
Kelly Pease has collaborated with TSG partner companies including PowerStop, Joe Hudson’s Collision Center and Mavis Tire Express Services, among others, since joining the firm in 2018 and is involved in the due diligence of new investments. Prior to joining TSG, Ms. Pease was an investment banker at Jefferies, where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Pease received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Alex DiFelice joined TSG in 2020 as a member of the investment team. He executes on due diligence of potential new TSG investments and supports portfolio companies across a range of verticals including education, retail healthcare, restaurant, beauty and home services. Mr. DiFelice works with a number of TSG partner companies including Backcountry, Dutch Bros, Endeavor Schools, Hempz, Thrive Pet Healthcare and Trinity Solar. Prior to joining TSG, Mr. DiFelice was an investment banker at Financo, where he advised clients in consumer and retail. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Finance concentration, Summa Cum Laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Josh Ronson has been with TSG since 2020, working with partner companies including Cadogan Tate, BrewDog and Revolut, in addition to performing due diligence of TSG investments. Before joining TSG, Mr. Ronson worked at Credit Suisse in London, where he was an Associate in their Technology, Media & Telecoms team. Mr. Ronson received a Bachelor of Laws from King’s College, London.
Gaurish Gwalani joined TSG in 2021 and supports partner companies such as CorePower Yoga, Radiance Holdings, Wrench Group and Duckhorn Wines. Prior to joining TSG, Mr. Gwalani was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised clients in the consumer and retail industries. During his time at Boston Consulting Group, Mr. Gwalani completed an externship with The Estée Lauder Companies in their Corporate Strategy group. Mr. Gwalani graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Christian Pavlakos has been with TSG since 2021 and supports partner companies including Mavis Tire and Thrive Pet Healthcare. Prior to joining TSG, Mr. Pavlakos was a Business Analyst at McKinsey and Company, where he advised clients across the consumer, retail and private equity industries. As part of his role at McKinsey and Company, he also served as a Finance Extern at Urban Farmer Foods. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University.
Jordan Phelan has collaborated with TSG partner companies including ATI, PowerStop and Rough Country since joining the firm in 2022. Before joining TSG, Mr. Phelan worked in Blackstone’s Hedge Fund Solutions group where he was involved in special situations investing across a variety of sectors. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Medicine, Health and Society from Vanderbilt University.
Phoebe Wallwork has been with TSG since 2022, working with partner companies including Cadogan Tate, and is involved in the due diligence of new investments. Before joining TSG, Ms. Wallwork was an Investment Banking Associate in the Industrials & Services team at Evercore. Ms. Wallwork received a Bachelor of Arts in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.
