Before joining TSG Consumer Partners, Jon worked as an accountant at Bank of Marin where he led their stock repurchase plan and assisted with SEC reporting. Jon graduated with a BS in Finance from Sonoma State University.

What was the first job you had?
My first job was at a local paintball store. Over 4 years, I worked with the owner learning how to manage and develop a small business while fueling my passion for competing in the sport.
What attracted you to TSG?
TSG's impressive list of partnerships. TSG developed relationships with a variety of companies whose products I use personally and produced industry-leading success in the consumer and retail markets. It became clear this was the team I wanted to be a part of.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.
What brings you the most joy in your job?
Learning something new each day! Working alongside a team of bright and dynamic people not only brings the best out of you, but fosters an environment that enables you to continually learn and grow.
