Vice President, Commercial
Biography
Carolyn is part of TSG Vantage, the Firm’s portfolio operations and value creation group, where she is on the Commercial team and works with TSG’s partner companies to develop and implement brand, marketing, and innovation strategies. Previously, she was on TSG’s Consumer Insights team, where she provided actionable insights drawn from consumer, market, and competitive data.
Prior to joining TSG Consumer, Carolyn was a Strategy lead at Red Antler, where she led brand and GTM strategies for early-stage startups and global leaders like Bloc, Google, Bonobos, and the NBA. Prior to that, she began her career agency-side on brand, communications, and integrated marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies at Edelman and Weber Shandwick.
Education
Carolyn holds a degree in Psychology from Yale University, where she graduated with honors.
