Shirley Zhan⁠

Biography

Shirley works with TSG’s partner companies and is involved in the due diligence of our investments.

Prior to joining TSG Consumer, Shirley was an associate at The Carlyle Group, where she was a member of the US Buyout team focused on opportunities in the consumer, media, and retail sectors. Prior to Carlyle, she was an investment banking analyst at PJT Partners in the Restructuring & Special Situations Group, where she advised companies, creditors, and financial sponsors in financially distressed situations across industries.
