Biography
Alex leads Talent for TSG Vantage, the Firm’s portfolio operations and value creation group, where she works with TSG’s partner companies on organization strategies, executive hiring, leadership development, and advisory support. She has nearly 20 years of executive recruitment, talent development, and organizational design experience in both executive search and in-house roles.
Prior to joining TSG Consumer, Alex was Head of Executive Recruitment and Talent Management for LVMH North America, spanning 75 brands across 7 business sectors.
Alex is a member of the Foundation Board of FIT.
Education
Alex holds a degree in English and Global Relations from Purdue University. She is also a certified executive coach.
