Shannon Carlson

Biography
Shannon is part of TSG Vantage, the Firm’s portfolio operations and value creation group, where she works with TSG’s partner companies on organization and leadership strategies.
Prior to joining TSG Consumer, Shannon led the private equity practice of an executive search and leadership advisory firm. Prior to that, she was a Talent Partner for Platinum Equity, where she built and led the Firm’s talent function. Before that, she was Head of Talent at a growth-stage business and held various finance roles at firms including Barclays and UBS.
Education
Shannon holds a degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Harvard University.
