What have you learned from working with entrepreneurs?
That you really cannot judge a book by it’s cover. I have met all types of people and am constantly surprised by the appearance entrepreneurs put off verses their reality.
How would you describe your working style?
I strive for balance, I want to make sure I take care of all important things in a timely manner and allow myself the time required for the more creative projects. I want my team to know they can depend on me to help when they ask and that they are there for me when I need their help.
What attracted you to TSG?
I was ready for a change and the industry was new to me. After meeting the kind and intelligent people I interviewed with, I knew it would be a great fit for me where I could be a part of something fast-paced, exciting, and innovative.
What makes TSG different than other places you’ve worked?
The collaborative nature at this company surpasses any I have been involved in before. Everyone is so open to others’ ideas and opinions and genuinely takes them into consideration. It’s wonderful to see initiatives brought to fruition so quickly and efficiently.
